Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Develop and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse supervision

Technical Skills

• Logistics Planning Software
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Supply Chain Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with safety audits: Experience conducting safety audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with RFID technologies: Knowledge of RFID and other advanced inventory tracking technologies.
