Job Description

As an Event Planner, you will collaborate with clients from the initial planning stages to the event day, overseeing logistics, budgeting, and vendor management. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism will be essential in delivering exceptional events.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead event teams and coordinate activities on the event day.
  • Monitor event timelines and budget adherence throughout the project.
  • Handle any issues that arise during events proactively and professionally.
  • Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing or Communications (preferred)
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced event planning environment
