Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be at the forefront of our guest experience strategy, leading the team to deliver outstanding service and manage daily operations at our hotel in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations to ensure the hotel meets exceptional service and service quality standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development to build a motivated and skilled team.
  • Actively solicit guest feedback and take appropriate actions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Manage all hotel budgets, ensuring an efficient allocation of resources and maximising revenue.
  • Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
  • Develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to attract new guests.
  • Ensure that all departments work together cohesively for a unified guest experience.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust operations accordingly to meet changing needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in management roles within the hospitality industry
