Join our team as a Miller Helper, where you will support the Miller in ensuring optimal milling operations and product quality. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Miller in daily milling tasks.
• Conduct quality control checks on flour products.
• Ensure the machine settings are optimal for production.
• Perform routine maintenance on milling equipment.
• Help train new staff in mill operations and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Preferably some experience in the milling industry

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Maintenance skills

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Work ethic

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a production role: Experience in a similar production or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards: Understanding of requirements for food processing and hygiene.
