We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance chemical processing systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in operations and a thorough understanding of safety regulations in the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of chemical processing units.
• Analyze operating data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on plant upgrades.
• Prepare and present safety and operational reports to management.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards.
• Monitor supply chains and coordinate with suppliers.
• Participate in budgeting and resource planning.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical operations or a similar role
