Job Description

We seek an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Cape Town office. You will work with various data sources to provide insights that improve our operations. Your main responsibility will be to interpret complex data sets, prepare reports, and present your findings to stakeholders. A strong foundation in analytical techniques and a proactive attitude towards data-driven improvements will be essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex data sets and create insightful reports.
• Engage with project stakeholders to define their analytical needs.
• Support the identification of new opportunities for revenue generation through data insights.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct formal presentations of findings to various audiences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building best practices in analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role
