Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist in Pretoria to assist with various human resource functions. The ideal candidate will manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities from job posting to candidate selection.
• Review and update HR policies to reflect current legislation and best practices.
• Support employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Assist in performance evaluation processes and talent management initiatives.
• Organize training programs and workshops for employee development.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Keep up-to-date with labor legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience

Technical Skills

• Employee Relations
• HRIS Management

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• CIPD or similar HR certification
• Health and Safety Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
