We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Agent to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively will be key in providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Facilitate problem resolution through effective communication.
  • Assist in developing FAQ materials and training resources.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer success strategies.
  • Deliver support to customers with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant customer service training is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role
