Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Public Safety Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will oversee safety operations, work with community leaders, and develop strategies to address safety challenges in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to enhance community safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Build relationships with local government and stakeholders.
  • Analyze crime trends and develop responsive strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions on safety protocols for employees.
  • Prepare reports on safety performance and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Public Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in public safety management
