• Assist clients with bookkeeping and accounting software inquiries.
• Prepare bank deposits and manage petty cash.
• Participate in continuous professional development and education.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely billings.
• Ensure accuracy in all financial reporting and record keeping.
• Determine cost effectiveness of financial initiatives.
• Identify financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Promote adherence to best practices in financial management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Advanced degree or relevant accounting certifications are preferred

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
