Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business or Communications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
