We are searching for an experienced Travel Account Manager based in Pretoria, passionate about delivering exemplary service and managing travel accounts. Responsibilities

  • Oversee travel account management from initial engagement to delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement strategies for enhancement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality service.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote our services.
  • Report on account performance and devise strategies for growth.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Experience with travel booking systems is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3 years in a similar role within the travel industry
