Job Description

Join our team as an Account Manager and play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client portfolio in Pretoria. You will be tasked with developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving targets. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop knowledge of competitor offerings and market positioning.
  • Conduct client training sessions as needed.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials targeted at clients.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role
