Job Description

As an Intellectual Property Consultant, you'll be pivotal in advising clients on IP strategies to safeguard their trademarks and patents. Your expertise will help companies protect their innovations, ensuring they thrive in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored IP strategies for diverse clients.
• Perform thorough research on IP laws and regulations.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and provide continuous support.
• Prepare and present workshops on intellectual property topics.
• Engage with local and international IP offices as needed.
• Monitor competitors' IP activities and advise clients on potential risks.
• Assist clients with licensing agreements and other contractual matters related to IP.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property law

Certifications

• Certified IP Law Specialist
• Registered Patent Attorney (if applicable)

• English: Fluent
