Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their technical issues. Your strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in resolving inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective technical support.
  • Identify and resolve user issues with various software applications and hardware components.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the service management tool.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for users and new support staff.
  • Contribute to lead generation by identifying potential upsells during support calls.
  • Perform regular follow-ups on open tickets to ensure resolution.
  • Help maintain the IT support knowledge base.
  • Stay informed about product updates and emerging technologies.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
