• Oversee all aspects of event planning from concept to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable plans.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to secure the best terms.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations at all events.
• Create and manage event budgets to maximize profitability.
• Develop creative event themes and formats that align with client objectives.
• Lead event teams to ensure high standards of service and presentation.
• Prepare and present performance reports post-event for client feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or management

• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
