Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist who can deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting technical problems. You will assist clients in navigating software applications and hardware issues, providing them with the support they need to make the most of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to technical support requests from customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve customer issues efficiently.
  • Create and maintain FAQ articles for self-service support.
  • Train customers on the usage of software and tools.
  • Assist in identifying areas for product improvement based on customer feedback.
  • Help to prioritize support tickets based on urgency and importance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equaivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a client-facing role
