Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Pretoria, you will play a vital role in managing employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend growth opportunities.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee benefit inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to all labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
  • Organize training and development programs for employee growth.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
  • Master's degree is preferred
