Join our HR team as a Generalist where you'll be responsible for a variety of HR functions from recruitment to employee development, ensuring a productive environment that promotes engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
• Collect and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
• Support initiatives that promote workplace diversity and inclusion.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for employee skill enhancement.
• Manage HR-related projects and assist with change management efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• A relevant HR certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
