Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation and benefits administration.

  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
