Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Automotive and Watercraft Service Attendant to join our vibrant team at Fuel Haven. The primary role involves assisting customers with fueling, maintaining cleanliness at the filling station, and ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fueling and offer prompt, courteous customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Accurately monitor and report fuel inventory levels.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accountability.
• Make sure all safety equipment is in good working condition.
• Help with deliveries and stock management.
• Perform routine checks of equipment and facilities.
• Promote Fuel Haven's products and services to customers.
• Maintain a proactive approach towards customer satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Fuel Retail: Familiarity with customer service in retail or fuel operations.
