Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to manage and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management. Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new talent.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
• Review and update HR policies and ensure compliance with the law.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records.
• Handle disputes and manage employee relations effectively.
• Lead performance review processes.
• Assist in payroll and benefits management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in HR management
