As the Production Zone Leader, you will oversee production operations to meet targets while fostering a safe working environment. This leadership role requires tactical planning, team motivation, and an eye for detail to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes and monitor progress towards goals.
• Manage a diverse team of production workers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor quality control processes and take corrective action as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of production metrics and report deviations.
• Implement production schedules and ensure timelines are met.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to management.
• Collaborate with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Utilize production management software to track and optimize workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Formal management qualification is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities
