Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians during patient examinations.
• Administer injections and medications as required.
• Assist in surgeries and manage anesthesia.
• Record patient histories and monitor vitals.
• Educate clients on pet care and provide support.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe environment.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies.
• Respond to emergency medical situations.
• Support the training of junior staff and interns.
• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Veterinary Technology or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in veterinary practice

Technical Skills

• Animal Handling
• Medical Record Keeping

Certifications

• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with emergency care: Hands-on experience in emergency and critical care situations.
