Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and service to customers. You will play a critical role in our organization by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and product-related issues.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer communications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Participate in team training and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Work with management to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support the development of training materials for new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • CRM Software

Advantageous

  • Experience in a tech support role: Previous experience in a technical support environment is beneficial.
