Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing support via phone and email, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to customers on how to utilize company products effectively.
  • Resolve technical support issues by analyzing problems and implementing solutions.
  • Work on the technical support helpdesk and manage customer queries.
  • Assist in testing and rolling out software updates or enhancements.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and product features to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certifications in relevant technologies is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
