• Create detailed schedules and timelines for event execution.
• Provide on-site coordination during events to handle any unexpected issues.
• Perform market research to identify new venues and service providers.
• Develop creative event concepts that align with client branding.
• Implement marketing strategies for event promotion.
• Prepare event reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Address any guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Event Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Venue Management
• Supplier Coordination

Certifications

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
