Responsibilities

• Innovate and create engineering designs for new products.
• Assess mechanical systems for durability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for successful project completion.
• Review and analyze project performance metrics.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their development.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant certification in engineering may be advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Design
• Manufacturing Processes

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in project management: Experience leading engineering projects will be highly advantageous.
