Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in Port Elizabeth. You will develop effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

  • Set achievable sales goals and maintain accountability within the team.
  • Establish strong communication channels with both clients and team members.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales personnel.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Implement and track sales metrics to gauge team performance.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Facilitate sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in an efficient manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and proven leadership abilities
