Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, and development strategies to enhance our organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs effectively.
  • Create and enforce HR policies and best practices across the organization.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer the performance appraisal process and talent management.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement and collaboration.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives with a strategic focus.
  • Utilize HR metrics to drive workforce planning and optimization.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs for employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management
