Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist based in Cape Town, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing effective training programs tailored to our organization's unique needs. Collaborating with various teams, you will analyze skills gaps and deliver engaging training sessions that promote continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and refine training content to enhance learner engagement.
  • Maximize the use of digital tools and platforms to facilitate learning.
  • Promote continuous feedback to improve training programs.
  • Liase with HR to integrate training with employee performance evaluations.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years leading L&D initiatives
