• Monitor and evaluate the progress of learners throughout training programs.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
• Develop comprehensive training evaluation tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Education
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in workforce development or training roles

Technical Skills

• E-learning Development

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
