Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of compliance strategies across HR functions.
Maintain accurate records of compliance-related documentation.
Assess the effectiveness of compliance training programs.
Develop action plans for compliance improvement.
Remain up-to-date on HR compliance trends and issues.
Advise on employee relations issues from a compliance perspective.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
