Job Description

As an HR Compliance Specialist based in Johannesburg, you will oversee the application of compliance regulations within our HR department. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and enhance our HR governance framework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of compliance strategies across HR functions.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance-related documentation.
• Assess the effectiveness of compliance training programs.
• Develop action plans for compliance improvement.
• Remain up-to-date on HR compliance trends and issues.
• Advise on employee relations issues from a compliance perspective.
• Support the HR team in the development of a compliance culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance roles
