Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes. You will manage the recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to facilitate effective onboarding.
  • Encourage employee feedback and implement solutions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Drive initiatives for improved employee performance.
  • Advocate for organizational culture and engagement.
  • Lead vendor negotiations for HR services.
  • Respond to HR inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct workforce planning to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management or similar roles
