Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer at Innovative Engineering Solutions, you will engage in the complete project lifecycle, from concept development through to implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems comply with safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and ensure project alignment with customer requirements.

• Mentor interns and junior engineers in mechanical design responsibilities.
• Develop training materials and documentation for engineering processes.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and techniques in mechanical engineering.
• Conduct root cause analysis for project issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support production with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to guarantee product reliability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Engineering analysis software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
