Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about patient care and healthcare innovation. You will conduct patient assessments, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of patient treatment plans in our Durban facility. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on primary care.
