Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to women in all stages of life and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of gynecologic and obstetric conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine check-ups and screenings, as well as diagnostic tests.
• Treating and managing reproductive health issues, such as infertility, menstrual disorders, and menopause.
• Performing surgeries, including cesarean sections and hysterectomies.
• Counseling patients on family planning and contraceptive options.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training.
• Managing emergency situations and providing immediate care.
• Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Master's degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing both low- and high-risk pregnancies

Certifications

• Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS)
• Registered with HPCSA

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with telemedicine practices: Experience in virtual consulting and remote patient management.
