Responsibilities

• Utilize dental software for patient management and record-keeping.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and other diagnostic procedures.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs about dental hygiene.
• Advise patients on dietary choices for improving oral health.
• Mentor dental students and interns during their rotation.
• Engage in continuous education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) preferred
• General professional development certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a dental practice

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Prosthodontics

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• Advanced Dental Resuscitation Certification
