Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient conditions based on clinical knowledge.
• Manage prescriptions and medication therapy.
• Provide guidance on wellness and prevention strategies.
• Contribute to the development and review of clinical guidelines.
• Review and analyze patient feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's in Advanced Nursing Practice preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare

• Patient care management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in community health settings: Background in providing healthcare in community-based environments.
