Responsibilities

  • Develop HR policies and procedures that support organisational goals.
  • Manage recruitment strategy and oversee the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Promote employee wellness programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
  • Advise on disciplinary procedures and employee grievances.
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and maintain records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Master's in HR Management preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role
