Job Description

As a Food Scientist, you'll be responsible for researching and developing innovative food products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and sustainability. A strong background in laboratory practices and food technology will be essential to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee experiments for product development.
  • Evaluate food products and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for ingredients and materials.
  • Train staff on best practices in food safety.
  • Develop training materials for production staff.
  • Conduct nutritional analysis and labeling.
  • Prepare product samples for customer tasting sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 4+ years in food product development
