• Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, or a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Legal Research Skilled in conducting legal research pertinent to civil rights.
• Public Speaking Proficient in delivering powerful public presentations.
• Policy Analysis Expertise in analyzing and interpreting policies.
• Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation Strong negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Empathy Ability to understand and relate to the experiences of marginalized individuals.
• Certified Advocate
• Human Rights Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
