Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a proficient understanding of legal regulations and the ability to provide expert legal advice to clients across various sectors. This role will involve drafting legal documents, advising on compliance issues, and representing clients in negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Provide training and workshops on legal compliance for staff.
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and obligations under the law.
• Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and client interactions.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective client representation.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or similar legal qualification
• Master's degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of legal counsel experience
