Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Manager to oversee our community initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading programs, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring our projects align with our mission of community upliftment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies for community involvement and support.
  • Train and mentor staff and volunteers on program objectives.
  • Work with the finance department to manage funding allocations.
  • Establish partnerships with businesses and government agencies.
  • Supervise program logistics and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate volunteer performance and develop recognition programs.
  • Use data to inform decision making and program improvements.
  • Build a positive organizational culture that fosters teamwork.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in community development or relevant areas
