Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives to fill vacancies efficiently.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff.

  • Advise on employee relations issues and mediate disputes.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and maintain records.
  • Support the development of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in defining job roles and requirements for new positions.
  • Manage health and safety compliance within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with management to develop succession plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee development and compliance
