We're looking for a passionate IT Support Technician to help us streamline our IT support processes. You’ll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support for a variety of software applications, and maintaining IT hardware.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve IT support tickets effectively.
Assist in maintaining system performance and reliability.
Participate in IT projects and upgrades.
Track and manage inventory of IT equipment.
Ensure timely resolution of user issues to meet SLA requirements.
Provide support for mobile devices and remote access solutions.
Requirements
Education
Higher Certificate in Information Technology or related field
Bachelor's in Information Technology preferred
Experience
3+ years of IT support experience is preferred
