Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate customer churn risks through proactive intervention.
  • Collaborate with product management to influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Facilitate renewals and ensure contract compliance.
  • Deliver tailored onboarding experiences for new customers.
  • Develop success metrics and ensure customers meet their goals.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork to provide holistic support to clients.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather actionable feedback.
  • Assist in training initiatives for staff to enhance customer interactions.
  • Champion the customer within the organization to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Technology
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, support or success roles
