Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Cleaning Team Members to join our vibrant team. Ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and be committed to maintaining cleanliness across various environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning of assigned areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.
• Work closely with other team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Respond promptly to requests for cleaning assistance.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in cleaning procedures.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment in good condition.
• Perform deep cleaning as needed, following company protocols.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required. Basic literacy and numeracy skills preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in a similar environment: Experience in cleaning roles within offices, hotels, or hospitals is advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety protocols: Understanding cleaning safety protocols and guidelines.
