Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hydroelectric Production Manager to oversee the operations of our hydroelectric plants. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, manage staff, and maintain optimal performance of the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational management of hydroelectric facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
  • Direct plant maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Supervise and motivate the plant team for optimal productivity.
  • Oversee procurement of chemicals and materials for water treatment.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of plant performances.
  • Cultivate relationships with local regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively in compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and performance improvement.
  • Drive projects aimed at enhancing water utility efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in relevant engineering fields is preferred
  • Certification in Management or Leadership is beneficial

  • 5+ years of experience in water treatment plant management
