As a Hospitality Manager in our Durban location, you will spearhead our hotel operations, from managing the front desk to coordinating with housekeeping and food services. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct hotel operations while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Create operational strategies to enhance business performance.
• Manage and resolve guest complaints effectively.

• Oversee staff scheduling and duty assignments.
• Implement training programs for staff development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in hotel management
